Smoking cessation clinic

Studies show that your chances of success will be greatly improved if you get advice and support from health care professionals to help you stop smoking. The services we offer from the Practice can:

  • Concentrate your efforts by getting advice from someone who knows your medical background
  • Help you feel that you’re not doing it alone
  • Help you to cope when you are tempted to smoke

If you’re trying to give up smoking, we can help in any of the following ways, whichever suits you best.

Members of our practice team have been trained to offer specialist smoking cessation advice and help can outline how you would benefit from not smoking and will identify the improvements to your health that you could expect to see as a result.

We can offer you an initial appointment with one of our team. Follow up appointments can also be made later to monitor your progress.

If you would like help to quit smoking, call the surgery and to make an initial appointment with one of our smoking cessation specialists.
