Are you 65 or older, pregnant?

Or do you suffer from: 

• asthma
• heart problems
• breathing problems
• renel disease
• kidney disease
• liver disease
• diabetes
• a weak immune system
• or have had a stroke?
• or are a carer for an elderly or disabled person

If the answer to any of these questions is YES, then your doctor recommends that you are protected against influenza.

Flu Clinic Dates:

• Saturday 22nd September 8.00am - 11.30am
• Thursday 27th September 4.00pm - 6.00pm
• Saturday 29th September 8.00 - 11.30am

The earlier in the season that you have this, the better protected you will be.
